Qualifications & Expectations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and diagnostic experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- EPA certification; NATE certification a strong plus
- Comfortable troubleshooting furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and mini-splits
- Valid Colorado driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to read wiring diagrams and use gauges, meters and combustion analyzers confidently
- Clean, professional appearance and respectful communication in customers' homes
- Willing to take part in the on-call rotation during peak heating and cooling season
What We Expect Every Day
- Diagnose the whole system, not just the symptom, and document what you find
- Give homeowners honest repair-first options with clear, upfront pricing
- Keep the truck stocked, clean and inventory-accurate
- Complete work orders, photos and notes the same day
- Protect the home — shoe covers, drop cloths, clean work area when you leave
- Back up teammates during no-heat and no-cool surges
