What is included in a Comfort Plan tune-up?
Cleaning and testing of burners, flame sensor and igniter, a heat exchanger inspection, combustion and carbon monoxide measurement, electrical and capacitor testing, coil cleaning, condensate check, plus static pressure and temperature split verification — documented each visit.
How many visits do I get each year?
Two: a heating tune-up in the fall and a cooling tune-up in the spring. We reach out to schedule them so you never have to remember.
What is the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold includes both tune-ups, priority scheduling, a 10% repair discount and no overtime charges. Platinum adds a 15% repair discount, a one-year parts and labor warranty on repairs, free filter replacement and VIP priority.
Is a maintenance plan worth the cost?
For most Colorado Springs homeowners, yes. Two tune-ups purchased separately cost more than the annual plan, and the repair discount plus no overtime charges usually pays for itself the first time something fails on a cold night.
Does maintenance keep my warranty valid?
Most manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep parts warranties in force. We document every visit so you have the record if you ever need to make a claim.
Can I cancel or transfer my plan?
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. If you move within our service area, your plan moves with you.
